YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
Youth Martial Arts classes are outdoor fitness classes that are fifty minutes to an hour long. Classes consist of boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, strength & conditioning training. Students have a choice of learning all of the arts, or they can choose a particular art. My Youth Martial Arts program is NOT a basic kids' activity. My program is very educational for developing discipline, respect, strength, balance, focus, confidence, self defense, and overall well-being.
