YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES.
Youth Martial Arts classes are fifty minutes to an hour long. Classes are consist of boxing, muay thai, mma, strength & conditioning training. They have a choice of learning all of the arts, or they can choose a particular art. My youth Martial Arts program is NOT a basic kids activity. My program is very educational for developing discipline, respect, strength, balance, focus, confidence, self defense, and overall well-being.
